Everyone. Our Little Bear is not doing well. As you all know he has Cauda Equina, but on top of that we discovered some spine and hip issues yesterday that are causing him a great deal of pain. We are keeping him comfortable while we try to find a way to resolve these issues in the long term, but, if we cannot, the difficult and heartbreaking decision has been made that we will help him cross the Rainbow Bridge. Once we have exhausted all efforts and not before then. I would ask that anyone who feels the need to tell me to put him down now, you keep that to yourself at this time. This has been a very difficult couple of days and I am not going to debate this with anyone. We love Little Bear very much and will not allow him to suffer. We know what the responsible thing to do is and will do so once we have exhausted every effort. He is not suffering at this point.
