Everyone and everything needs space to grow. People in relationships that are always with each other, almost joined at the hip and never give each other enough space will only stunt the growth and development of each other as a whole. Even all the plants and trees need a certain amount of space between each other because if theyre bundled up too close, one of them will overshadow the other and block out its needed sunlight. This isnt just with our romantic relationships, friendships or family, but also with our hobbies, arts, crafts, passions, goals, careers and dreams.. If we dont give ourselves enough space between them every now and then, we are more likely to burn out from exhaustion. Anything in excess is stressful.
