Everyone can find time for a 4 minute workout! Planking on all 4 sides will build a super strong core, and work your Glutes, arms and shoulders too. 1 min holds too hard? Start with 30sec. Too easy? Add some load (like a small child haha!) or go for 2-3min OR raise one leg in all 4 planks, 30sec each leg for front and back plank. Remember its crucial to maintain good technique, so imagine a steel corset pulling in from all 4 sides, keep your hips lifted without your bottom in the air and lengthen out through your crown and down through your tailbone to heels.
