Everyone cannot go where you go. You are the doctor of your dream; and not everyone can be a member of your surgical team. When the baby is due, only a select few can go with you into the delivery room. All others must wait in the waiting room. If they choose not to wait, they don’t have to go home, but they have to leave your team. Just because people were the right fit for the team to start out, does not mean they will always be right to go all the way with you on the journey. Although some people will want to go all the way, the truth is they will reach their full potential along the way, and have nothing more to add. From that point on, they will lack the capacity to grow with your vision, or to help transform your dream to reality. As painful as it may be, you may have to ask someone to leave, because everyone cannot go where you go. Dream doctors, holler if you hear me!
