A deadbeat can sit there admit he owes you the money, lie through his teeth about his income, and the hard working trying to be honest person is told., I am going to have to dismiss this case because the two parties can not agree on an amount to be paid each payment or when . You can pay another $97.50 and do civil court and then you can pay another $97.50 to garnishee his wages. and it will all be turn back on him if he is found guilty. Same court that just hear the dead beat say he owed the money, What is his title" JUDGE", really. I would rather take my chances in a kangaroo at Walmart .
