Everyone has a story. We forget this, sometimes, when hurrying about our lives. But the car guard you get annoyed with and the security guard you forget to greet - they have families, they have friends, they have stories. Yesterday I met Joseph and heard his. When wed talked for a while, he started asking me about my story. I suddenly felt cared about and acknowledged, and I realised how important it is for is to be heard.
