Everyone has been so quiet on here! Im sure it is because of the busy time of year! I have so much to do and havent even started to wrap any presents!! Im still crock potn! Even if the timing of the challenge hasnt been the best, I hope you have been able to use the meal plans, learned a little about clean eating (lots of resources under the files). If you are struggling daily with fitting in fitness or clean eating I am here to help! Now time to get off the computer and squeeze some squats in my day!
