Everyone, including foreigners living here on Samui, is welcome at the Low Carbon Model Town Samui meetings. I can translate into English for you. I speak it fluently, without accent. LCMT project is NOT about removing height restrictions on hotels, is not "just another TAT" promotion (it has nothing to do with TAT). Instead of guessing and posting uneducated and incorrect information on the web and elsewhere, please join us and educate yourself. There is much work to be done, and, for my friends from other nations who live here on Samui, this is a real opportunity for your voice to be heard and to have input.
