It can only take the collapsing in of an alight roof for Ugandans to realise their house is on fire - otherwise right now the happily slumber as the nation sinks further in abyss of failure. Greed, poverty, social deterioration, disease, apathy, aloofness conjure up to decimate the surviving minds. Uganda is the only country with no hope of recovery. The sweet tongues of nothing doers paint glossy pictures of a reality thatsnot only void but largely mythical. Nostalgic memories of yester years fill the minds of the last surviving patriots who have have been curtailed to share the same with two generations below them. Uganda is the laboratory of chaos. The successful experimentation of the chaos theory is so evident on the entire institutional, social and political fabric of the pearl. You ask yourself what works in Uganda - is a question that provokes philosophical response and ponderance. Its very difficult to identify anything.
