Everyone is one mishap or letdown away from a suicide attempt. You just never know until they actually kill themselves. Thats why you should be kind and understanding to those around you, you never know what they are battling internally. I can name at least one time where I myself wanted nothing more than to end my life, and it was really the love from my mother that kept me waking up everyday. You just never know whats going on with a person, we all have things that weigh us down, and some get depressed and more desperate than others. When life is so hard that death looks easy in comparison, it puts you in a position where you feel the only way out is killing yourself. When my best friend died in 2010, I held loaded guns to my forehead, finger on the trigger crying, wanting so badly to join him and take away the pain I felt. But I couldnt do that to my mother, and I knew that by dying I wouldnt change anything, all I would do is cause more pain. Yesterday we loss Robin Williams, and today we could lose many more if you arent out there loving people and showing them that life is the answer. Dont be so hard or judgmental. Thats what got us here in the first place.
