Everyone is starting to enjoy the holiday season, but you can make great treats with healthy kept in mind. Our daughter loves these. Dont ruin all the hard work we do keeping ourselves healthy and in shape. Hope you all enjoy as much as our family and friends do. Time to make Banana Bread Protein Style 2 egg whites 1 egg 1/3 cup applesauce 1 cup brown rice flour 1 cup Spelenda granulated 2 scoop Vanilla Profusion or Eat the Bear Whey Vanilla protein 2 ripe banana Smashed 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp baking soda pinch of salt Directions: Preheat oven to 350 Mix Apple sauce protein, and banana together in a large mixing bowl. Add everything else but the flour mix everything so it is blended evenly then add flour and mix until it is evenly. Pour into a greased 4x8 bread pan and put in oven. Bake for 25-40 min and enjoy
