Everyone is talking about the movie American Snipper. Although I do plan on seeing it, I went and saw Selma Friday, with my sociology class, and this, to me, is also a very powerful movie. Im no historian, but all that I have read and researched tells me that the events portrayed (not necessarily the drama) are fairly accurate. I maybe wrong about its accuracies, but I was still shocked by the events (that really did happen) and what I saw. We tend to forget Bloody Sunday really happened. I was not even three when this took place and I dont recall being taught this is school. Wow is all I have to say. Go see this movie.
