Everyone keeps blaming the speed limit along that road but its really not? Its them stupid little islands thats there for people to safely cross. What a load of shite! I think the safest way to cross is for them to somehow put in an fly over for pedestrians or if that doesnt seem like a good idea why not take out the islands and urge people to walk the safest route to try and prevent this from happening yet again?! Them islands are too dangerous! R.i.p matey. You were such a laugh and always put a smile on other peoples faces. Will never forget you. And r.i.p to the woman and the dog.
