Everyone knows I have a pretty high opinion of myself. No matter how awesome I think I am, every 6 months I am reminded that I am just a mere moral human being. All kidding aside, I had my 6 month check up today at the cancer center. Although its been 4 years I still get nervous everytime I go in for bloodwork and a check up. Things went great today and I am thankful. Many of my friends on here have battled cancer in the past. Many battled at the same time as me and I have some friends that are going through it right now. To those of you who have your health, be grateful and thankful but do not think for a minute you are safe. Be vigilant and proactive with your health. I had stage 3 and thats nothing to mess with. I got very lucky thanks to Karen Smith and the entire team at Central Illinois Endoscopy Center. Also to Peoria cancer care. I posted this not only because I look good on camera in the blue shirt I bought in the childrens section at Sears, but to remind you to heed the warning I give at the end of the video. if you have a gut feeling there may be a problem you should go in.....
