Everyone knows I have been taking these amazing classes on Self Development and it has truly changed my life this past year. I never thought I would have certain things that I have now since taking this course. I am actually at peace with so much stuff that I held onto from the past and caused stress to my brain. I truly know thats why I was able to cut out ambien after 10yrs. Im not a stress case and can sleep normal without tossing and turning over stupid worries.
