Everyone needs a good old-fashioned REMINDER of just how far theyve come.... just how much progress theyve made.... just how much success theyve seen! When I look at the pictures of where I started to where I am now…..I am always amazed. I didn’t lose it fast, but one thing I never did is gained it back.
