Everyone needs a little push and this morning we did a repeat of last Mondays workout and #imaxedout at 18:11 which was just shy of 5 minutes longer than last weeks time! I love the aspect of beating your own times. I knew what my breaking point was so I mentally prepared myself for the fight. I just repeated just do better than 13:30, just do better than 13:30. Its amazing how much strength and stamina you can acquire after a week of this! Makes one wonder what it will be like 7 weeks from now. You cant find out unless you start, right?! Ready to join the fun!?!?
