Everyone, please just calm down. Your self-appointed expertise on - TopicsExpress

Everyone, please just calm down. Your self-appointed expertise on a tragic accident, that happened at sanctioned racing event, on a professional racetrack, in which most all of you were NOT at is mind blowing. Much like Mr. Ward Jr., your emotions are controlling your actions. You should all be so lucky as to recognize this while your actions are still just in a mouthing and keyboard killer/cyber bullying form. Had Mr. Ward Jr. been able to do just that, none of us would be here now. That being said my deepest, most sincere condolences go out to the entire Motorsports community especially ALL parties involved in this heartbreaking and absolutely tragic ACCIDENT. This was yet another sobering reminder that racing in any form is a very dangerous sport and the rules are in fact, stated clearly and placed accordingly with everyones safety being of the highest priority. For all of you blaming Mr. Stewart, please ask yourselves this one question first, had Mr. Ward Jr. followed track rules and stayed in his car, would we even have a topic to talk about? If your answer is NO, then please renounce your hatred and blame of Mr. Stewart, apologize, and move on. If your answer is still YES, its Tonys fault, then I say this; To competitively race in a legitimate event such as this was, you must hold accreditation to be part of said event. This basically means that you are capable of completing any and all actions that may or may not take place during the event. It also means that you fully understand any and all rules associated with said event and that you understand all risks, requirements, responsibilities, consequences, and repercussions that may be associated with said event - including, but not limited to DEATH. Furthermore, it also releases any and all liabilities associated with the competition to you and only you. Therefore, this can/must ONLY be a TRAGIC ACCIDENT. If you still cant understand that then look at it like this: During a boxing match at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, NV, in the 3rd round boxer #1 throws an overhand right and boxer #2 is hit squarely on the nose causing massive hemorrhaging in the brain which results in death, should boxer #1 be charged with murder, or at the very least as i have seen some of you state, manslaughter? Think about it.
