Everyone says no news is good news but after five days of not hearing from our paratrooper, Nadav who is somewhere in and around Gaza, when the phone rang yesterday and it showed a call from Nadav, I couldnt hold back any longer. Mommy?, he asked through a bad connection. I burst into tears and handed the phone to Shani because I couldnt talk. He told Shani that he is fine and that he had to go. 30 seconds of a bad connection but It was enough...for now. Mourning the deaths and praying for the safety of Nadav, Shanis boyfriend, Anveh, and all our brave soldiers.
