Everyone should carry one of these, and when I say carry I mean have it in their boat box/bag and NOT left in the car. If not this one then produced by someone else (DDRC, BSAC, PADI etc..). I do. These are very good for assessing the casualty enabling you to brief emergancy services on their arrival. AND remember to record the results, not only initially but frequenty (10-15 minutes) to assess their deterioration or improvement.
