Everyone should have a best friend like Tammy Phillips Cutbirth...seriously...Ive been wearing a black cuff brace around my ankle for severe Achilles tendon pain lately. We had a big laugh about my ankle bracelet (think Bon qui qui) at the lake yesterday. She and I stop for gas and a big gulp on the way home. She waits for a small crowd to gather at the checkout when she loudly asks Hey Carolyn... Just how far from your house can you travel with that ankle bracelet and not be in trouble? Yep...good times 😳
