Everyone wants a firmer butt. This exercise will firm and lift . For me it really got me right where the butt and thigh connect. I was sore for 2 days in that spot. Do 15 reps of each variation of this one legged squat. Make sure you are bending your knees and sitting back like in a chair. Squat #1 - let your free leg go back as you bend down and touch the ground. Squat #2 - keep your ankle of your free leg next to the other ankle as you bend down and touch the ground. Squat #3 - extend your free leg out in front on you and keep it still as you bend down and try to touch the ground (I cant reach the ground on this one). ✔️ Share with some friends who like to try challenging exercises. #exerciseoftheday #butt #exercise
