Everyone who goes through the k-12 public schools goes to college free. Interesting incentive to get everyone rich and poor to go to public school. As a believer in the importance of economic diversity in public schools this is exciting. They said kindergarten enrollments are up and 25% of the transfers are from private or charter schools. Certainly a bold experiment. People think this is a worthwhile investment?
