Everyone who read this bill when it was being debated, knew there would be "death panels" and rationing. You cannot take the dollars already spent on healthcare, install the federal government, corruption, cronyism, fraud, abuse, administrative costs, and 18,000 new IRS agents, then expect costs to be lower and healthcare to improve in quality. It just does not work that way. You add massive new costs to an industry, you either ration care, water down service, or pass the increased cost to consumers. Or in this case, you do all the above.
