Everyones transient Yet, Nobody wants to be transparent. Whys everyone become In need of someone elses approval? Approve the places Ive gone Approve pictures of me and things Ive done . Why cant we be happy alone? Its Saturday night, And We cant stand to stay home. We drive without looking, can someone tell me why we are so attached to our phone? We want to be important enough To be loved, for us. Yet we dont want to give in or trust. Its quite apparent, That nobody wants to be transparent. Dont you wish you meant more ? But you should know that you teach people how to treat you. Does that statement make you sore? Could you accept you might be the cause? You should, its a truth you cant ignore. Who are you as human being? Are we our own worst enemy? Its ok for you to do it, but not ok for me? Who are you when nobodys looking? Doesnt it overwhelm you? Today who will you pretend to be, Which eyes will you be looking through While you create the person you want everyone to see. Do you feel sorry enough to change? Conviction enough to stop? Does reflecting on it feel, strange? Good. Let the awakening drop. Diabetics cant stop eating candy And liars always have an excuse handy. Yet we all want to be good, To do the right thing, and not be misunderstood. So, whatever you choose to be, Before you do it, think: would I want this done to me? Let something change your world, Become, Inherently and transparently, Good.
