Everything about this, YES! Thank you to each and every one of you who helps and online networking is key.... But repeatedly sharing the post to the same people doesnt necessarily help. MMK9 and all the rescues need volunteers to help with every aspect from administrative to home visits to transports. Ive had several people say to me recently that I do too much running around, that I should be careful of letting people talk me in to making pulls and doing leg work too far away. Firstly, I dont get talked in to anything.... And secondly, if your arent already doing something for the cause then dont tell me not to with one breath and complain about the situation with the next. Step up and DO something. Mary has made huge strides for us connecting out of state rescues and setting up pipelines to move dogs. Tracy has done the same and is continuing to run the legwork with minimal input from me. People like these who take direction and advice and run with the ideas, these are the people we need. There is lots you can do and using the excuse that youre too far away is just that... An excuse!
