Dr Paul Redmond, from the University of Liverpool, spoke to Dundee Economic Summit on how the different generations view the world of work - and life. Entitled: Talking about my Generation: Generation Y and the brave new world of the digital native, his talk gave employers some invaluable insights into the world according to those born between 1981 and 1995.
