Everything legal aint right. Slavery was legal....but it never was right. It might be legal shot a 18 in the head in Ferguson. Leave his body for hours on ground. But its not right. It may be. Legal to choke a man crying out I cant breathe, but it aint right. In history it was not really legal to do the Louisiana purchase, no where in Constitution could US buy foreign land. It was not really legal, but those who allow themselves to just make it right, so they just imply that it is legal to suit their objectives. Laws change from perception to perception by those in power to write, interpret and enforce current or situational legality. I cant breathe is not about legal at all. Shooting a young black in the head because he was running away or even charged a police with a gun that was shooting at him. Or killing a 12 year old child with a play pistol is not about legal , its about right - right values. If in all incidents the policeman or men in these incidences was involved with their own daughters in exactly the same scenarios, none of those involved would have need killed. It is not about legal it is about values. You easily kill that you dont value. And thats simply is not a legal issue. It is about simply doing the right thing. Period. Slavery was legal, but not right. Some legal positions must be changed in our country, because common global sense can see those positions are not right.
