Ex-Premier Amama Mbabazi today handed over office to the new Prime Minister Dr Ruhakana Rugunda 18 days after President Yoweri Museveni sacked him (Mbabazi) in a lone reshuffle which sparked off speculation of a potential fall out within the ruling NRM party.
