If not, he sees an immediate injunction to halt the process— filed by whosoever has authority. He says ‘he does not believe the current ABR agreement should be approved by the 30th Legislature because it was largely left out of the negotiation and otherwise processes. Thus, it makes for too much caution going forward. It is time our senators be the ones to come up with such deals, instead of always starting at the executive level.’ Smart guy! It is a sickening trend to see deals always starting at the executive level and the AG just saying “Yes sah; how would you like that?” Alicia is up next……… PUSH!
