Exactly 2 weeks ago today, I received my new left lung! The plan is to head home today. I cant believe how far Ive come in 2 weeks. I still have a very long recovery ahead but Im so grateful for the chance! My bronch yesterday went well once they finally got to it. So we are down to just the right lung x-rays. The set they take this morning need to show improvement from the pneumothorax. PLEASE PRAY it is gone and continue to pray for the donor family! Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. (Hebrews 11:1 NIV)
