Exactly 20 years ago Karandeep Singh and I were the Andersen Consulting team in Nariman Point, Mumbai, that did a strategic planning project for a business family that were looking to diversify. Yesterday, I received an email from the client (he found my profile on the internet) who had this to say, Things have progressed very well for us work wise since our project almost twenty years back to get into XYZ in a big way - guess that really set the momentum to focus and grow this business. Maybe management consultants do make an impact after all. ;-)
