If you want a community where the police have no incentive to come & enforce the law…you’ll get it If you want a neighborhood where small store owners believe they can’t operate safely …they won’t. If you want a neighborhood where insurance companies will either not issue insurance or price it prohibitively ….you’ll pay it. If you want a neighborhood where national chains where operating involves great substantial risk...they won’t take it If you want a neighborhood were job creators won’t venture…they won’t If you want a neighborhood where criminals can operate with impunity... they will. And finally if you want a neighborhood where you have to pay your own version of Paulie to protect you from everyone (but him) so you can live a life I say this… …may you be happy in the path you choose. And remember that the people who are making the loudest arguments nationally toward this direction are people who will never consent to live in such a state.
