Excellent!!! Just 3 weeks after the California legislature killed a statewide carry-out bag bill, Los Angeles becomes the largest US city to pass a single-use bag ordinance! Councilman Paul Krekorian said, "Enough waiting for the Legislature to act on this." This will provide the area with hugely positive environmental and tax impacts... Way to go, LA!! The Zero Waste movement is catching on all over the world!
