Manufacturing Supervisor Bethlehem, PA Schedule departmental workflow, personnel, raw materials, equipment and other resources in order to meet production commitments. Perform on-line inspection of all components/ parts produced. Provide initial and cross training to operators and oversee progress. Complete all paperwork and equipment logbooks and oversee operator paperwork. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely production with movement of materials and maintenance of equipment. Perform special assignments as needed. Associates degree in business or related field with two to five years of working experience in a production environment required. PC skills with Word /Excel and strong written and oral communication skills are a must. Experience with QSR/ISO manufacturing operations preferred. Candidates should posses strong problem solving, logical thinking, and mathematics skills, as well as a mechanical aptitude for general maintenance of equipment.
