Excellent interview on Western grassroots breeding terrorist recruitment. It is not enough to just condemn... I dont deserve a pat on the back for saying I dont want to kill you. Local communities speaking on behalf of Muslims in [the UK] do not subscribe to democratic values... The Department responsible for implementing counter-extremism has, 3.5 years later, not produced a strategy to challenge non-violent extremism in communities in the grassroots... We cannot continue to blame American, Israeli and Indian foreign policy for everything that is going wrong in the world.
