Except for humans, the give and take process seems perfect in the world. And then we have the rivers and the sun that dont take and give unconditionally and without discrimination. So what makes humans behave differently? If I accidentally scratch myself I do not get angry and chop off that finger nail. If I bite my own cheek or tongue accidently I do not knock my teeth out. Humans are forgiving to themselves and tolerant of their misdemeanors but not with fellow human beings. Extending that internal attitude gradually to the outside world will restore some of the harmony - whether in Syria, Iraq, Palestine or Israel. Human evolution is incomplete and places us way behind these simple birds and animals that have mastered these principles and learnt to thrive in most adverse situations.
