Excerpt - Miraculously Healed- Chapter 4 Page 20 No matter what my body was screaming at me, I knew God was going to heal me. How, you may ask, could I hold on? Simple, I chose to believe the Word of God. The one scripture that I stood upon more than any other was 1 John 5:14-15. I had deep confidence that God was listening to me, based upon His Word. Because He heard me, I knew I was going to get what I was asking for. I chose to believe the Word and what Jesus did for me. The Word of God works when you work it. When someone says that it is easy to walk out a miracle, it makes me wonder if they have ever had to walk one out, especially if it is a physical challenge. There were those who were praying for me on a daily basis, but I was the one facing death and living through all the suffering. When you are the one up against life-threatening diseases, chronic sickness, or another daily issue, it is very hard. No matter how many are praying, it is a challenge. It is your mind and your senses that YOU have to live with and bring under control. While others are enjoying their health and life, it is you that has to live day to day with the condition that has you in a prison cell.
