Excerpt from my email to the Arizona Coldwell Banker Residential - TopicsExpress

Excerpt from my email to the Arizona Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage team yesterday: It is with a significant amount of emotion that I write today to tell you that after 42 wonderful years in real estate I have made the difficult decision to slow down and step aside from the Arizona Presidency. I don’t honestly know if there is ever a right time for something like this to take place but I do know that for me, for my wife Laura and for my entire family this is the time to move to the next chapter in my life. What makes this so hard is the joy I have in leading our company and in working with all of you. To say it has been an honor and privilege for nearly eight years to be your leader in Arizona would be failing to tell you just how much this opportunity has meant to me and how much all of you mean to me. I’m certainly going to miss all of you and being at the helm of CBRB Arizona daily. I will wind down the end of October. Coldwell Banker is my career home and I’m happy to let you know I will remain with the Arizona company. I will continue to serve as the Designated Broker for our RNI license holding group, something I do now. Also, Arizona will remain my permanent home, what a great state we live in. As I look to begin closing this letter to all of you I would be remiss if I did not thank Realogy and NRT for all of their unwavering support of me and of our Arizona company and in turn, all of you. We work for a caring, successful company and you can count on that going forward. And, to my boss, Jeff Culbertson, Executive Vice President of the Southwest Region of NRT, my everlasting thanks for being a great leader for me and for all of us here in Arizona. So after 42 years…………… I’ll always wonder where the decades went so quickly, I’ll marvel at just how much I’ve gotten to enjoy doing all these years, I’ll remember nearly every name and every face along the journey, I’ll always remember loving a chance to make a difference, I’ll remember always showing up through thick and thin, I’ll think about how good it was to serve and to lead, I’ll always remember the feeling of wanting so much to succeed, I’ll be forever grateful for the opportunity to come to Arizona to lead you, Most of all I’ll treasure the friends, like all of you, and all the special times together on the journey!
