(Excerpts from My Hope America with Billy Graham.) - Finding Hope that is beyond yourself. Hope is only found in Jesus Christ. Please pray for the lost. Jesus was beaten, whipped and was made to carry the cross to where he would be nailed to the cross. That was not the real suffering. It was when he said, My God, My God why have you forsaken me. He was separated from God. He shed His blood and with that blood Jesus took the punishment we deserve and offered us His righteousness. Jesus took all of this on His own back for me and you. He took on my sin and your sin so you and I would not get what we truly deserve. Look at what he went through. Do you not know that you have been bought with a price!! There is no other way of salvation except through the cross. The only way to Father God is through Jesus Christ. When you come to Him, he no longer sees your sins. He sees Jesus!!!! Anyone can believe. Believe means to commit your life totally to Him. Jesus says that he will forgive you, he will save you if you come to the cross with repentance and say you are a sinner and you need forgiveness and you (Jesus) are the only one who can save me. In spite of our rebellion and rejection, God loves you and me. Now receive Him, believe Him and put your trust in Him. All you have to do is put your trust in Christ. If you would like to accept Jesus as Lord of your life, you can pray the following prayer: Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. In Your Name.
