Excerpts from PACE South Cotabato Chapter Executive Officers and Board of Directors’ meeting on the 9th of October 2014, 2:00pm at MTCC, Hall of Justice, Koronadal City: Agenda: • Chapter Foundation Anniversary • Inter-Courts Sportsfest • Chapter Christmas Party • Other matters The Executive Officers and Board of Directors agreed that all of the said events will be celebrated as one on November 28, 2014 at Dolores Resort, Polomolok, South Cotabato from 8:00am to 5pm with a compulsory contribution of P350.00 from each chapter member and P 250.00 for any member of the family, drivers, contractual workers, etc. who wanted to join the said affair. The P 350.00 pesos contribution includes: One buffet Lunch (3 main dishes, plain rice, soft drinks and desserts) free use of function hall (4 hrs. only) free use of sound system free use of whiteboard with pen and eraser free simple backdrop free sight-seeing at Polomolok Zoo free use of swimming pool and other incidental expenses including one room to be occupied on the night of 27th for the secretariat and working committee for preparation, mobility, game paraphernalia, prizes, raffle items, documentation, excess on the number of hours for the use of the function hall (free for 4 hours only) and etc. Our chapter will sponsor 2 whole roasted pigs, however, with the aim of free flowing foods and coffee for the whole day, we are encouraging anyone, especially our respective judge from our sala, who is more than willing to donate whole roasted pig (lechon) but is exempted in paying the said contribution. We have an estimated 128 pax participating members. Food donations and any form of assistance to support the said affairs from our respective courts are well appreciated. List of attendees will be submitted on November 21, 2014. Deadline of the said contribution together with the consolidated monthly dues and emergency loans will be on November 17, 2014 to the chapter treasurer. The chapter treasurer will provide each court a schedule of account for each member prior to the due date as stated. All Board of Directors from each court (Clerks of Court) are responsible in the strict implementation of collections. Any member who wishes to pay ahead will notify his/her BOD and pay to the chapter treasurer. COMMITTEES AND CHAIRMANSHIP (name of other members to be identified on the next meeting on Nov.21, 2014): • Over-all coordinator/ Secretariat – Ma. Fatima G. Basan & executive officers • Food Committee –Lily Morales, Leah Detalla with sheriffs & process servers • Over-all sports coordinator – Marianne Tuya • Gate keepers – Roger Corea and other sheriffs and process servers • Board of Tabulators – Atty. Milagros Naval, Atty. Marriane Abbie Casipe, Atyy. Lalaine Javing, Atty. Jean Mae Gallego, Atty. Sandy Tolimao Before the game proper, each cluster shall render a 3-minute jingle with no exemption. Our respective Judges will join the said presentation. The following clusters as created were composed of: • THE GREEN TEAM – Cluster 1 MTCC Koronadal City MTC Tupi MCTC Banga • THE RED TEAM – Cluster 2 RTC Branch 25 MCTC Norala MTC Polomolok • THE YELLOW TEAM RTC Branch 26 RTC-OCC MTC Tampakan • THE BLUE TEAM RTC Branch 39 MCTC Surallah RTC Branch 24 The following sports were agreed to play with its chairmanship: Volleyball : Ma. Fatima G. Basan Dart : Jasmin Fernandez Chess : Atty. Sandy Tolimao Badminton : Glenn Candel Scrabble : Eddie Basquinez *Table Tennis: needs to follow up from BFP for the sport equipments. Others: Larong Pinoy : Clerks of Court All games shall be finished before 3:00pm in preparation for the singing contest. Participating members from each cluster will compete for solo and duet. Guidelines and mechanics shall be issued later. The judges of the said singing contest are our very own respective judges. Culmination of the program will be at 5:00pm for the announcement of the individual winners and clusters. There may be some other concerns related to this event which have been overlooked and have not been stated here shall be posted later.
