Excited! Back by Popular Demand its POSE LIKE A PRO. This workshop will be open to ALL FEMALE COMPETITORS/ALL LEVELS - HOWEVER MALE COMPETITORS ARE WELCOME. This is for all of you who will be standing and posing on stage at any of the shows listed. I will be using various IFBB Pros to help at these workshops, along with make up professionals, photographers & industry related professionals. This will teach you all you need to know to be the best you can be on stage and how to promote yourself like a pro will also be covered! This is about quality not quantity of athletes so space will be limited so that you get the attention you deserve and walk away learning something new as these sessions progress and teach you more and more through the weeks. Hand outs will also be given at some of them. It will begin on SUNDAY, Aug 17 and runs through Oct 26. Select dates are listed and all other details on this EVENT.
