December 2013 was a turning point for me stress, shop move, feeling rubbish, eating rubbish, weight piling on that I had to do something immediately. Having a wellness evalutation and being shocked at how unhealthy I was and finally taking a look at the business opportunity finally my eyes were wide opened. I just did not expect how great I was going to feel and being part of a team like an extended family. I feel the best I have done in years and turning 42 on Thursday makes me determined I will work on being in the best shape ever too and helping as many of you that want my help.
