Excited mom *Claire* is coming home today :) My mom is and has always been a woman of great determination and strength!!! She has done an AWESOME job in her rehabilitation and has come back from her stoke... She had a stroke less than 3 weeks ago (March 31, 2014) she comes home today with a cane and not a walker.. We are ALL so proud of the hard work she has put into her rehabilitation so that she could come home.. Shes had a lot of things and people here to get better for.. She wanted to be home and able to walk for my cousin Debras wedding. Mom is so happy that she will be able to be there for my cousins special day :) Mom has missed her great granddaughters like crazy, she is use to seeing them every day.. Mom.. Were proud of you for fighting to come home so soon :) I love you!!! We ALL live you!!!
