Excited to be still smoke free! I think Ive got this habit kicked and I did it cold turkey! There have been some very challenging days for me but when I quit I felt an intense urging from the Holy Spirit to quit and quit now not later. Who knows what trap the enemy had set for me if I didnt quit but I knew I had to quit and I beat it! I am also very proud of my hubby who quit dipping as well! He did it to give support and he has succeeded as well! Thank you to my wonderful husband Patrick McFarland and to all my family and friends for your support! I feel so blessed to have such a strong support system
