Exciting News!!! Giles Greenwood is coming back to CFSL!! We are looking to get Giles in for two days, Saturday 25th and Sunday the 26 of October. Saturday will be geared towards more experience lifters who have been lifting for while / attended the first Greenwood fundamental workshop. And Sunday will be the fundamentals workshop Giles delivered the first time he came to us. It will be a day of theory and practical lifting under the supervision of a commonwealth record hold and team GB weightlifting coach.
