Mother-tongue/ working level English, Computer and Internet savvy, Available for shift work 24/7. 3.AFFILIATE MANAGERS: ENGLISH (JB-17) OR JAPANESE (JB-297) OR ITALIAN (JB-313) Responsibilities: On-going Affiliate contact via phone, email and chat, seeking and researching new affiliates, managing existing affiliates and reactivating lapsed affiliates, analyzing profitability of affiliate campaigns. 4.ACCOUNT MANAGERS/RETENTION: ENGLISH (JB-40) OR JAPANESE (JB-16) Responsibilities: Maintaining client relationships and developing new business from existing clients. Requirements: Must have previous sales experience. Familiarity with binary options/Forex is an advantage. Must be energetic and hungry for sales! Mother-tongue/ working level English, Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Available for full time, shifts work Monday – Friday. Complete training course and large volume of quality leads are provided, high converting brand, highest player values in the industry. 5. CUSTOMER SUPPORT: ITALIAN OR ARABIC (JB-39) Must be fluent in Italian or Arabic plus Mother Tongue level English. The working hours for Italian: 9:00-18:00. The working hours for Arabic: 16:00-1:00. Responsibilities: Provide top notch technical support across a variety of web based platforms and ensure client concerns and problems are resolved in a timely manner. Strong MS Office skills with familiarity of CRM preferred (not required), Must be customer focused. Full Time Position (available to work 5 shifts per week).
