Exciting opportunity for a full time Home Care Manager who possesses NH Occupational or Physical Therapist license to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. This key role will provide leadership and guidance to effectively manage clinical staff. Directs home care staff to effectively coordinate and evaluate appropriate care with efficient use of resources. Ensures compliance with state and federal home health regulations. Responsible for cost-effective, efficient care to the home care patient, with s best outcomes. Ability to effectively communicate, problem solve, determine adequate staffing to meet patient needs. Acts as a role model and exemplifies the agency mission and values. Hours: Mon. –Fri. 8am-4:30pm. Qualifications: Homecare and management experience required, BS / BA required; NH Licensure as an OT or PT. Current CPR certification. Knowledge of Allscripts a plus!
