Exciting time at my daughters tonight. First, my daughter got distracted by something as she fixed dinner. She was filling the kitchen sink and it ran all over the floor. Next, three birds got into their home through the fireplace and had to be directed outside...one was a baby bird (poor thing) and it had trouble getting his or her bearings. Next, I tripped on the dog bed as I tried to help rescue the bird and hit my already bruised knee. Finally, her bread starter had run all over the top of her stove. LOL On a good note: the birds are safe, my knee is just a little sore, and her bread starter will be great for making a beautiful loaf of bread.
