Excluding injuries and handicap limitations, can you give me a good reason why you arent exercising?? For those of you who have your reasons that you cant ....the normal excuses are often - Im too busy to workout, Im too unhealthy, Im afraid to fail, Im just too tired or it hurts. Well, you arent asking yourself to run a marathon, youre just asking yourself to MOVE. If all you can do is walk a mile at your own pace...you are doing so much more for your health today than yesterday AND you are beginning to believe you can. Worried you are taking to much time away from family? Your exercise time at the is not selfish... when you care about your health, you are caring about them. Are you the rock, the mom, the dad, the provider, the glue? YOU ARE VALUABLE TO MANY! YOU ARE WORTH IT! Find one hour a day for you... for them. Get active. Get moving. Your quality and quantity of life depends on it. #MOVE
